In these times who sells a profitable busn? What's on sale - the trucks, the staff, the licenses, the 250 houses? How long is the contract for? What do they pay each month? How many times do you collect in a week? How many bags and what size per month? Does the association make one payment or is it upon the buyer to collect from each house?

Just the houses. Ideal if someone is already in the busn since you'll just be adding houses.
