I don't think Ndeiya deserves to the desert tag. Actually getting 5 acres in one contiguous piece wont be easy.

Ndeiya is not a bad place as some may think; the price is way too attaractive 4 any one who knows the place n i am suspecting there is a catch.Shame on you

Kflarge, It seems many people interested in your Ndeiya property are unsure about exact location of your 5 acres. Perhaps you could identify the property on Google Earth and provide interested buyers with coordinates (latitudes and Longitude)so that we can see the property on Google earth images. For example, if I had a plot at Githurai, the coordinates I would post are 1°12'17.51"S 36°55'5.28"E. Interested buyers would then just copy and paste these coordinates into google earth to see location of the property and be able to calculate distances from e.g., in your case from Ndeiya to Kikuyu etc.
