thank you for asking that question. been secterly asking myself the same.
but either way, i think Airports are right, camel climbing is part and parcel of succesful landing.
at the same time, pilots are also right....riding the croc is part of the ritual.
wiser is the pilot who knows when to do what ritual in the airpot business.

Riding the croc gives you full view of the airport status and condition and leads to the next time step of action.Infact the emotions exchanged during facial contact is masterpiece;WOWest! to say the least.

Climbing the camel appears to be more of screwing-in the cock rather than popping the champaign.

@carygoh, @mwende or do you suggest pilot starts climbing the camel then finishes by riding crocodile?
