Your food doesn't have to be bland. Just that you don't have to boil for baby. Babies can tolerate food with kidogo dhania, garlic, white onion etc. Go easy on the acidic foods like tomatoes, tomato paste, royco etc. Another alternative is to remove baby food just before spicing yours up. But as a parent you'll notice the baby wants to eat from your plate
You can also mince for them chicken breast or fish fillet and make for them a stew with the 'malenge' stuff if you are a bit worried. Just avoid boiling its what makes people say that their kids don't like eating. And remember they also need oils/fats to digest the vitamins (Winnies pure health has some good products). Phew, makes me sound like a teacher.
