This for Mlolongo, is the price per piece or for the 2 pieces? Do they have titles or ni certificates? N how far is it inside, or its near a road?

Mwania, perhaps you identify these properties that you are selling on Google Earth and provide Wazua members/interested buyers with coordinates (latitudes and Longitude)so that we can see them on Google earth images. For example, if I had a plot at Kisaju, beyond Kitengela, the coordinates I would post are 1°38'34.69"S 36°52'25.58"E. Interested buyers would then just copy and paste these coordinates into google earth to see location of the property and be able to calculate distances from tarmack road, Kitengela town, Isinya etc. You can download googlearth at this link if you do not have it. http://www.google.com/earth/index.html

@Ndaragwa thanks for the google earth tip though am not sure about its precision but will get the co-ordinates posted asap. @mzee safari ruai cap hill is like 1km from the kangundo road but the actual piece is next to an access road. the piece at ruai stage26 is approx. 500 metres from kangundo road,if you know stage 26 look left as you go towards KBC and approx 500 metres then you are there...offcourse just to visualize..the right side actually has developed very fast if you know the place. The Mlolongo/Mavoko pieces have titles yes.They are like 2kms from Msa.road. @msupious financially The mlolongo/mavoko prices are per piece and yes they have titles. @mlennyma see above please Best Regards.

Now this is good. I am able to see the property by just plugging the coordinates. FYI, the 'Katarakwa' property (if the coordinates are correct) is not in Laikipia East BUT in Ndaragwa constituency, Nyandarua district. I pass there all the times, a slippery area during the rainy seasons. Good land I agree.
