They are yet to be constructed or is it under construction, completion is end of 2012. Anyone heard about them? Who are the developers? Does it seem to be reliable?
Sub-lease is 99 years from 1982..?? What implications does that have to a buyer who intends to rent out then sell later? Please advice.

If in Nairobi find your way to the housing expo at kicc last day today. Was there yesterday but was focused on flooring stuff not new houses.
