Hi all i am probably posting this late but have just registered . would some one please tell me the current land rates in malili ? a month ago i heard it was 50k/acre then rumours are that it is 200k,just wondering,what is the average cost ?

I have the following pieces of land up for sale in Kitengela.
Land near the soon to be built government ICT center. There is an already built road Price 400k per acre.
Land next to KCA and Nairobi University. they plan to build branches there in the near future..Infact, they visit the place weekly. Price 650 per acre.
Kitengela, Behind New Elite Academy(KIMALAT).Its also suitable for greenhouses. Price 1.3m per acre.
1acre only @ Acacia(2km from kitengela town). With Electricity and Piped water. Beautiful homes around. Price 4m per acre.
Others range from 300-400 per acre.

Was at Malili a few weeks ago.The price range was 4M->2M for the 7.8 acre parcels depending on the distance from the highway

@Wendz, its about 5km from Koropoi stage.@ 650 per acre(negotiable), and with the start of the Universitys development, or their completion the land could be worth a fortune.
@aydenzjason...with an already constructed tarmak?! No,I dont think so!
