IDP dilemma

I keep wondering, if UK and WR are reconciled by the Hague process, can't the IDPs then go back to their land in the rift valley....why resettle them? and if resettling, who is willing to allow them as neighbours? The Maasai already rejected resettling near Narok, the Taita also rejected resettlement in "their" land....this is a catch 22 situation. Reading a recent newspaper, you will see that the responsibbility to resettle lies within the Finance, Lands and Special programs docket with Finance as the lead...
If IDPs are resettled among another community, will that community rise against them later? Hope not

The kales said in 2007/8 they will never allow us (Kikuyus) to settle back on those farms/shops. I believe them more than the two thugs...
