Gatheuzi, I remember you saying that your Fantasy portfolio reps your real life holdings. Since you have sold out, maybe Wazua should introduce a Real Estate game.
You, say, buy land (virtual of course) and sell when it appreciates. The game should be full of features present on the Kenyan property market e.g conmen (you thus would have to be wary as you stand to lose your money) bribes from city council askaris to register land and also repossession of land by the Kenya Government after your land has been realised to fall on road reserves
