There is a wazua cocoon and woe unto you if you are not one of them and try a bare knuckled fight. Dear @phantom,

All members of our community are equally important to us. Though you will realise age, disposition, familiarity vary.

It's natural to expect members who have been around longer, have met offline, to take the stage. Just as it is natural to expect new members to take some time to learn the ropes.

Nevertheless, we deem members of the community as being of equal importance.
