a friend of mine's boy of 15years threw stones yesterday at a beehive as he was playing with other boys, huko kwa village. The bees charged at a neighbours child and critically attacked her.The neighbour's child has passed on todaySad Sad Sad .

Now what is the legal position of the 15year old boy? Is he liable for causing death of this neighbours child?

No crime. No liability. No penalty. The boy would however live with the consequences of his action.
