Djinn@ Add another one; Changing the name so many times until they have the brand is valueless. Let the " Kuhama Group" hama quickly and the Green network will serve us better!

smile Once upon a time, on the road to Damascus.....anyway, its a change of tune forced by circumstances and not convenience (like a certain "shuttle diplomacy politician" whom we all know...

Anyway, I'm possibly acquiring a taste for citrus fruits since the phoenix and woodpecker are out....the red and green cockatoo seems to be hanging from the branches of the great ebony tree and may very soon draw its last breath...

I said, if MJ was there, we'd be having a "mnahama mnaenda wapi?".... which would make sense to wahamaji sooner than later.

@Djinn
You cant compare yourself to shuttle diplomat.... yours is honesty... when things stop working and you call them as they are.....

Hey djinn Its never wise to fork out misplaced opinions on such a serious forum. U mek me think of going thru all your contributions since u began your wazua a/c n search for smthn tht meks sense. Surely, A serious telecom user cnt call the care centre 200 times....heavens! U must b one of these 'know it all' PRANK CALLERS who bombard innocent CSEs with irrelevant arguments.

@ad*** (name too complicated like the user), you are an ASS. Anti-Safaricom Subscriber. Its so evident. Your hatred for the green behemoth (as seen in your 14 posts in wazua) makes you think an honest opinion is misplaced. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, based on the service they are getting. What is the need for customer care if you cant call it when you are in need??? BK!

Like many Kenyans, I have an Airtel line along with a Safaricom and an Orange line.

I certainly enjoy calling my Airtel buddies at 1/=. Airtel has now declared that this is a permanent offer. Vuka was also permanent until it was quietly withdrawn.

I implore you all to enjoy the cheap call rates from Airtel to call other Airtel numbers.

They just might not be there for much longer.

@Jus Blazing Applause Behold the tuk tuk drivers that herald the unmaking of this forum! Don't be drawn down to those depths. Esp when one just joined today and whose maiden 14 posts are more like arthritic knee jerk reactions. Anyway, this should be as interesting as watching a puppy chase its tail.

By all means do.... go through them, but be on the lookout for soemthing that DOESNT make sense... You may want to know that @Djinn is one of the most respected members of this forum.... and in this forum, we respect each other's opinions. you may also actually want to know that @Djinn has been such a big supporter of Airtel all along... and you would even have picked that from his first sentence on the original post.... now, if you feel airtel is that good, you shouldn't be attacking @Djinn, you should be trying to understand why he has changed his stand... he might have genuine complaints. Complaints are not entirely bad for an organisation. Infact, they are the ones that build an organisation especially coming from diehard customers. However, if for some reason you are their PR specialist, then Airtel is doing so well that the sky is the limit...... before they blow themselves up!

and clearly, you are a newcomer....
