I would be happy to see Kanu alive again. It doesnt matter who heads it. If we are to have 3 parties in Kenya, Kanu should be one of them.

Kanu and its precursor KAU was our party at independence. It meant freedom from the colonialist and opportunities for all. It ruled for all those years during which our parents and grandparents(and some of us here) were members though not necessarily by choice. It was thus also funded by Kenyans! I begrudge Uhuru for allowing Jogoo to die
