If any of you has a link, kindly share....as from 7th April, i guess.

On other news, why complain about foreign investigators, yet you hire foreign lawyers?

Pls do your due diligence first. GoK engaged these for a good reason in pushing their case...

Are there local lawyers well versed in ICC matters?

Name them if so. Pls don't be blinded by your political affiliation or you'd rather that disbarred lawyer cum thief Otieno Kajwang represents GoK at the ICC? nkt!

Pls read the articles you actually put up.

“They are here to form a preliminary opinion on the various issues before I can confirm their appointment,” AG Amos Wako told the Sunday Nation. “I want to handle this professionally, and I want an opinion from people who have practised before the ICC. I want an informed opinion.”

The appointment criteria is there in black and white. Has any Kenyan lawyer "practised before the ICC" and beyond the credentials and "informed opinion" of these two lawyers?

Live web streaming of the hearing will be available, with no delay, on the ICC website, through the following links:

Courtroom 1:

English: http://livestream.xs4all.nl/icc5.asx
French: http://livestream.xs4all.nl/icc2.asx

Hearing summaries: An audio (floor channel only) and video summary of the hearing will be available the same day.

AV programmes: The radio and television programme “In the Courtroom” (in English) for downloading and on the ICC YouTube channel will be available the following day.
All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

Yes. Its important to read and equally important it is to understand what has been read.

Surely to support the opinion 'those who have practised before the ICC' wont they need material collected by 'those who have collected material for the ICC'? Its only logical, consistent and certainly not contradictory for the achievement of that 'informed opinion' that is so sought.

Surely what is good for the goose is also good for the gander. And vice versa......

Food for thought. Consistency, that is.

Thanx @innairobi, will try and follow the proceedings
@ecstacy, i rest my case...but @yeswangu's has given us food for thought.
Personal believe is that crimes were committed, someone is responsible, he/she needs to face the law....justcie for the departed and their families. These 6 is just the starting, maybe RAO and MK will be called in from the evidence provided....Peace comes through justice, and it is not the abscence of war

Calling for FBI & Scotland Yard to come investigate who burnt my house, the job of your local afande is not the same as seeking an informed opinion from the few lawyers who have practised before an International Court.
