So I hear on Capital FM
ICC judge rules in favour of Kenyan suspects for once, after rejecting appeal by Ocampo to include Kibera and Kisumu violence in his case.

Is it just me or does this change the case? You remove Kibera/Kisumu then you're only left with Kiambaa/Naivasha. One could almost read that actions in Kibera/Kisumu were spontaneous, and that police action was appropriate...

Ocampo is a funny man. It took himm soooo long to realise that he needed to have the two places included included in his plea long after he had been given the nod to state his case. I bet he realised Othaura and Ali will be visiting Hague briefly if police action is not mentioned.

Does this affect the maiden trip of the SIX to the Hague next week?

The short answer is NO! However, it looks like the case against the civil servants in the group will be a lot weaker.

... and the case against them was weak to begin with. Previously I thought Muthaura and Ali had a good chance of survival. Now I believe they have 100% chance of survival

I saw the title of an acerbic article of Ocampo's not having won a case in 8yrs.

But going by the track record so far, it seems true. Why so many 'shots' at goal from 'your own half'? Just makes him look disrespectful to the court, an amateur at best, and conceited at worst.

How is he going to win over the pre-trial panel? ABK

Just now, CapitalFM_kenya
ICC judge rejects application by Ocampo to extend the time he is required to disclose evidence to the six Kenyan suspects

I'd believed,Ali's case was flimsy..... now for the main players its a different ball game... Kiambaa, Burnt Forest..... mayhem is too good evidence.
