Perhaps you did not. I, on the other hand, did - up to A Levels - maybe I was too preoccupied with geomorphology, climatology, etc and did not pay heed to political geography....however I also did literature (and got a distinction at O level and a Principal at A Level)...and from your assertion that Japan is not in Europe, clearly you did not (or did not do too well) - ergo i know that " Europe's most reliable cars" holds a different meaning from "Most reliable European Cars"...
And I do not see from the link your provide that those are the WORLD'S most reliable cars...and not 'Britain's most reliable cars"...does this lead back to an issue of English comprehension?
