The company said crop volumes in the first quarter 2011 had been much lower than in 2010 due to poor rains. But it said 2011 should be a good year if international tea prices and the shilling's level remain favourable, and rainfall improves. http://af.reuters.com/ar...ws/idAFJOE72T07F20110330

@VVS....It said part of the profit jump came from a net gain of 49.8 million shillings in the fair value of biological assets.
