Maybe you should try contacting KRA via Tel: +254 (020) 4999 999
Cell: +254 (0711) 099 999 Email: callcentre@kra.go.ke

A call or email sometimes solves the issue or they might ask you to visit their offices if unalbe to assist on phone or email. They're quite courteous and efficient this days.. Give it a try

Dont peg too much hope on 4999 999 though. My password is blocked and have been trying since last month to call it. Busy or not picked. I did finally get through and a very nice young man promised me that my password would be unblocked in an hour. Im still waiting and need access so I can file my taxes.

@gg, if u already have an online pin, just go to the forgot password option. note that a password expires after one month if not used.

pole for frustrations, i run a cyber and handle such on a daily basis.
What is the problem with your pin? does the KRA site accept your ID? are able able to supply your mother's name correctly? which date of birth are you using? please tell me the particular message you get from the kra site.
Kra does not like dealing with individual pin applicants and has instead trained cyber attendants on the pin application process. just go to a cyber or write me an email with your ID no, date of birth as is in ID and your mother's three names

Tnanks @Tommy, but it is the forgot password option that gives the pin blocked message

i was unable to register for the pin online because my i.d shows the date and month of birth as 00-00, called 0204999999 & they assisted me.There was a time i also blocked my pin, then called 0204999999 and they did reset my password within 30mins.The number 0204999999 is very helpful, try it and make sure you explain your problem well
