anyone know of any "trusted" source of housies or have any referral of a young (19-23), hardworking, worked-with-babies-before, instructable, CLEAN, religious and/or respects authority, malleable girl?

with a househelp of that age bracket ni shida tupu especially if you have a small child, their turnover is so high due to several disruptions ranging from watchies,young men in the estate, mama yao ni mgonjwa, baba mboga bla bla bla more mature women are much better and they fit in your JD perfectly...#IMHO

Problems can get out of proportion, and not only in the wee small hours. Don't let the problems eclipse the Master. Let the Master eclipse the problems.

This one is ngumu. hard to get one with all these qualities that you want.So i propose you get one from your village and train her. Danger with getting a polished one is that they are wajuaji,you can't tell anything since they feel wanajua.

@callaspade i guess i can wittle down the qualities to a basic few, hao wazee wanaambilika kitu kweli?

....i was once invited to attend an interview for one coz they destroy shoes with whatever they like or prefer,mess the shirt collars,iron 3 lines on a trouser.....asiii ...the list is endless.so,in this case ,this chic acted like a saint,almost kneeling,christian ,loving etc...blah blah but after n 6 months,akajitokeza....
.....all i can say its never easy.am nevertheless happy with the one we have now.....
