I had an inside story so to say in respect of this matter and I verily believe that there was no set up and there was no shakedown as you claim. Any 'shakedown or set up' came from the 'other' end whereupon we ended up with some of the prosecution witnesses changing their stories once on the stand.

what if, .....what if the prosecution eveidence itself was bungled with to set the appeal's success?????
