Fellow wazuans, this case was a set up from the beginning. The inside story is that the prosecution was as a result of a failed shakedown. Someone wanted the business rather badly and they knew that someone of European origin will easily buckle under that kind of negative publicity. Wagner chose to fight to the bitter end. It was so bad such that appellate judge wondered 'whether the prosecution was acting on instructions from third parties'. In our justifiable outrage, we assumed he did all what he was accused of.
