For example in 2010, the company’s daily average calls stood at 800,000, but has since dropped to 365,000 daily. Ouch! Not have have on-net calls dropped but the revenue has decreased from 8/- to 3/- If this is true then I am glad I do not own Safaricom. Of course, I hope the length of calls has increased substantially... Coz in the old days I called more but for very short calls... Nowadays a single call can run 30min for me... with little stress!
