Who is to blame on this case where a student tries to get to club through a window at 3am and is beaten to death by guards of the building. Am sure since the agrieved dad is a Colonel these guards will rot in jail

There is no excuse of beating a break-in "attemptee" to death. Was there any self defense issue? They should just have apprehended the minor. So they should all rot in jail, colonel or no colonel father.

Of what relevance will it be now that he is no more? The guards had already apprehended him why beat him to death? But to answer your question we have the Trespass Act and it is also a tort for which you can sue in a civil court.

little education is very dangerous.
Guards have no brains !! they just want to be seen tough.

We get the picture of merciless beating, stoning even, till the poor man dies. But maybe the guard just happened to hit the right place, or in this case the wrong place, at the wrong time and killed the man.

He must pay nevertheless!

I doubt if it was the guards, it must have been those brainless bouncers full of steroids in their blood they can never think right, they gotta pay for this regardless of who the father is!!!!!!
