I did not say that. Is it possible for an individual to be ALIAR and not a liar at the same time? then, why do some say he is while others argue he is not? how do we know who is right? for example, Its like saying that ruto is not guilty until proven. NB: the judgement of some idiot judge out there will never chnage the truth, that ruto is guilty of murder whether he goes to the hague or not.
