Justice Mohamed Warsame will today decide on the appeal made against a 15 year jail term. The former Ex-Java boss was convicted by trial magistrate for defilling 3 under age girls. One of Wargner's argument is that 'there was no scientific evidence that the girls were below 18 years and no birth certificate or age assessment reports from doctors was produced'. The defence lawyer is one Kioko Kilukumi....waaaaaaaaaah!!!Liar Liar Liar Liar

Guys, Kioko is just a good lawyer. If you are accused of something, you want a lawyer who will ensure that your rights are taken care of and the trial process is kosher.
Great men are not always wise, neither do the aged understand judgement...

Kioko Kilukumi is a high standing lawyer,also in the same category includes ;Cliff Ombeta,Pravin Bowry,Desterio Oyatsi etc.
