For the first time I think Ocampo has justr put the last nail in his own coffin. He looks a defeatist in his submissions. From onset itrs common knowledge that the Kibaki 3 responded to ODM's mass action and not the other way round

I think KTN and others should bring back those American lawyer drama series, the firm, la law etc, so that people can get to know or have some idea how law is argued in wazungu courts.

Clearly 'nairobi law' 'be the judge' and such programmes are not putting the message across. Ati submissions 'look' defeatist.....
