I am told in yesterday's KTN news, it was said that CIC will list via a placement. This is how equity did it. Obviously they will have to split the shares or give the shareholders bonus.

By the way, some of the postings in this forum are usually not facts, and they end up misleading members who virtually believe in every item posted here.
If CIC themselves have insisted they will list in 2013, how comes members bring the period forward? Next year is election year and invstors will not be keen to trade any major business. For those who are shareholders, ask this question during AGM and your speculation will be laid to rest.

>>>CIC are not good at giving info. When is the AGM? How much dvd did they declare for FY2010 and who will benefit? When are they opening the register for OTC? All this should be on their website- The opposite of courage is not cowardice, it's conformity.

AGM will be around 6 May 11. Dividends will be announced that day. But I hear it is good. Register was opened long ago, and I have done many transactions this year

I will also pick my rights, but have no intention of selling until they list! Unless someone gives me an offer I can't refuse! @Sasha, Did you pick up the 25,000 shares?

The price is confidential and depends on why you want to sell. may be I want to buy cheap land, in which case it is willing buyer/seller basis. You can even buy 100 shares. No minimum or maximum. You can wait for the next few days when the new certficates come out. Price will be low

AGM day will be to approve the dividends. In previous years, CIC used to pay to shareholders who were on the register by 31st December. If this trend is to be repeated, then shareholders who bought into the rights will not qualify.

I expect some improvement from the 8%(1/60 per share paid in '09) to say 10% (or 2/= per 20/= share). Don't you think the latest shares qualify for dividends since the cash was with CIC by 31/12/2010? I also feel they ought to have made it clear during the announcement of the rights issue.
