Just how long does it take you to process a policy document?
It's been months of making payments but now I'm beginning to wonder whether all is well.
Is there someone else with experience or knows what's cutting? Please let me know what your experience is (if any) and what to look out for when I get it... or should I just be patient?
Thnx.

I took up an education policy last year in september and got my policy document this year in february.

If you have waited formore than four months i suggest you speak to your agent about it then go visit the admin department at Jubilee house with one of you receipts and talk to them . Find out why its taking soo long

I believe they may have a valid reason for the delay

@ Mtalaam. Be patient. I took out a policy earlier in the year and the policy document is still not out. As long as you have your acceptance letter and all your receipts, you are safe. My agent says that Jubilee had a backlog of policies to prepare but they are working on it.But in case you need yours ASAP,you can follow the advice given by MaOmZ below.

Go to their offices... chap chap... make sure your agent is not conning you. This is by far the best local insurance firm in Kenya
