I think this ICC business is just hanging dirty laundry for all to see. Now the UN Security council has to pick sides imagine the nonsense - we are such a laughing stock of the world, the dudes will receive 3 letters.
Letter 1 - We the Government of Kenya say XYZ
Letter 2 - Letter 1 was not representative since Government is made up of two parties PNU and ODM and we didn't meet to discuss the position.
Letter 3 - Letter 2 was not representative since ODM is made up of two factions ODM led by party leader and ODM led by Ruto and we didn't meet to discuss the position.

ODM is Railas personal property!
He solely negotiated and bought it from one Imanyara.
Only after the deal was done did he invite the rest of the brigade to a press conference where formal hand over was taking place.

All the same, though the RV brigade, may not have paper ownership, they have a legitimate claim over party affairs/decisions given their contribution to bringing the party where it is today.

@Kadonye,

Mutahi Ngunyi once told the a story of a frog and a scorpion. The scorpion needed to cross a river and could not swim. The frog could swim with ease. The scorpion asked the frog to help him cross the river, but the frog protests that he fears being stung. If stung, the scorpion's poison will surely kill the frog. The scorpion made a solemn promise that he will not sting the frog so finally the frog agrees to carry the scorpion across the river. Midway across the river, the scorpion stings the frog. The frogs asks ' why did you sting me? We will both die. The scorpion answers, It is my nature, I just cannot help myself...

Someone got stung for helping out in 07, I guess the wound is still rather sore... And the sting though aimed at the benefactor will probably kill the stinger politically.

and it runs in the tribe.

ODM has two camps, those following raila and those following ruto. another way to difine the same is one camp is teh scorpion and composed mainly of luos while the rest are the frogs who are by the way are the majority in the party. if legality was followed, odm belongs to the majority who alos have the chairman and deputy leaderwe. why is amolo being defended by luo mps only? am just curious.

Now Internal party politics are being played at the UN - there will be no winner!! We will ALL look bad (I am so ashamed) talk about hanging tattered underwear in public and making a scene so that all can see.
I always think Ocampo's knows this - the guy is nothing but an over glorified lawyer, he cannot issue summons, he cannot issue arrest warrants, he can only petition a bench of judges who can issue the above but have no way of implementing them without the goodwill of the member countries. He is more famous in Kenya than in Argentina and makes politicians sweat and Kenyans waste countless hours bickering!! I mean, I can slap the dude and no one will come to his rescue!! he is just a fixed term UN employee way below the ranks of akina Achim Steiner.
I say again, the ICC has only as much power as you give it!! We have given it too much. ukoloni mambo leo.
