Isnt it fatiguing that every so often we see Cabinet ministers talking at cross purpoes.

Half the Cabinet is out on shuttle diplomacy to get Members of UN security council to compel ICC to defer the cases on Kenya.

Those Ministers have been dispatched by Government with full protocol!
Other Ministers are up in arms against it!

Again Kenya Government is to petition ICC on admissibility and its jurisdiction over the cases.
Other ministers are pulling back on this too!

The recent case over the buggled Nominations was registered in the courts as suit between Kenya Government on the one side, and a retinue of organisations including ODM!!

Just who is Government.

of the people, by the people, for the people. So, the relevant questions is - Who are the people?

Govt is like the noun man. Man can mean male adult or human being. Govt can be 1.the people 2. The 3 branches as someone has mentioned or 3. The executive. In the case of the grand coalition, it sometimes gets a new meaning: the Kibaki side of govt. Of the 4 meanings, the first is the most irrelevant and meaningless the world over.

I second this opinion.
