The problem with such airports is that every pilot wants to land there even when they are supposed to be landing at their home airport. This totally messes the structural set up of the airport. And as if this is not enough, the demand leads to an increase in landing fees and other demands only for the pilot to be disappointed on landing. You might find yourself landing your single engine plane just hours after a boeing 747 has landed.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
