After peeping since SK days. finally decided to "kuvua nguo ni kuoga".

guys have you seen this? very embarrasing!

"The differences between the coalition partners seemed to play themselves out on the international stage recently. There was confusion during the ongoing meeting of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) in New York after the Kenyan delegation that comprised among others Ida Odinga and Gender minister Naomi Shaban failed to agree on who was to read the official government statement. Ida reportedly insisted she should reach the speech while Shabaan said she was the substantive minister, was a government official and it was therefore against protocol for Ida as the Prime Minister's wife to read the statement. delegates attending the conference which has been organised were amazed by the altercation. The UN officials intervened and resolved that Ida could present her present while Shaban was alloted another day to read her statement. Both of the statements are supposed to present the government's position on the status of women in Kenya."

Raila and the wife are holding the country as if it belonged to them.

All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

This follows a statement by Kenya's envoy to the UN mission in New York, Ms Josephine Ojiambo that the head of delegation to the conference was Mrs Ida Odinga and not Gender Affairs minister Dr Naomi Shaban.

Ms Ojiambo's statement appeared to contradict an earlier statement by UN spokesperson Charlotte Scaddan that Dr Shaban would speak on behalf of the Kenya government at the Status of Women conference.

"The policy is that the leader of the delegation reads the government's statement and as per our instructions, that is Madam Ida Odinga," Ms Ojiambo said on Wednesday night. Question, if miss Ojiambo was a mrs King'etich, would this arise or its about tirbalism?

hehe..Ida should only speak as Kenya's representative if she has consulted Shabaan and attained concurrency. BTW: This conference lacks gender balance.
