I'm looking for 1 bedroom rental hse for around 12k p.m.Should be near town or Westlands.Plz helpsmile

Near town you can probably get (but the town has to be Kitengela Town, Kajiado, Thika etc). Near Westlands is a bit tough, unless u redefine near to include Komarock, Kayole, Mlolongo, Kinoo, Rongai etc....

Your take?

@TechSavvy, you are very correct. With that price(12K) the Kitengela,Kajiado,Thika,Rongai areas will land on one. with a recent reaserch done by propertyzote..one bedroom have become hotcakes.So either fatten you budget or think of a diffrenet location. You can start by lookin at this.

Shame on you @ TechSavvy, VERY TRUE.....but i also guess Kangemi is near Westlands and a semi-permanent - mabati one can be available....

That is barely enough for a servant quarter in those neighbourhoods.

Kaptich why dont you share your research results in a new thread. It would be very useful to us but it would increase your status and probably lead to more traffic to your site. You do get free advertising on wazua with all the links you put to your site.
A suggestion on how to share your research is a list area price for 1 bed 2 bed 3 bed and demand for each either as high low medium etc.
Looking forward to your insightful feedback!

there is a anice 2bedroom flat in ruaka for rent, interested? going for 15k

I was told i could get one for that price in Jamu or Buru.Anyway near nbi town pliz.I can stretch my budget to 15k.I don't like Rwaka though.....
