Now what values will the parent/propreitor be able to pass on to the daughter as relates to proper dress, hard work, self-respect, humility, and honesty henceforth?


Isn't it unacceptable, for the 3rd/4th year running for http://www.examscouncil.or.ke site, to conveniently fail whenever results are announced? Perhaps leaving premium SMS as the only option for desperate parents?

It certainly is very disappointing that KNEC http://www.knec.ac.ke can not ensure their site is up at the most crucial period. Not sure if its by design or just plain failure on somebody's part, and why should they bother ? It's not as if it's a big deal right ?

And even the so called SMS service is not reliable !
