alliance girls is in thogoto near church of torch.
this is how you go from thogoto to muguga. thogoto--kikuyu town----gitaru (here you head towards limuru)---- sigona golf club---zambezi town ,2km from zambezi you reach kiambaa fly-over. the 1acre is on your left as you face limuru direction.

i hear kikuyu is not a good place to stay security wise, a friend of mine, we went to her parents home and we had to leave before sunset for fear of attack. that is a place i would want to avoid at all costs

if this is true i hope someone can explain why property prices are sky rocketing. and also why this kind of developments are coming up this area.

There is a lot heresy about insecurity in Kenya. The area in question, am told, is very secure (another heresay?). Bottomline is, security cannot be 100% guaranteed.

The difference, I suspect, is in the neighbourhood! For instance, Runda and Ruaka are more or less in the same area; but land prices are way different. In Muguga just a couple kilometres apart, we have a half acre which we are quoting at KES 2m (http://kenyareal.com//index.php?action=listingview&listingID=55). It depends on the neighborhood - and the type of clientele living there.
