while the situation is a sad one and much can be done about it, how they arrived at a figure of 3 million is a curiosity. it's needless to say that the figures are grossly exaggerated by NGOs seeking to misrepresent the magnitude of the problem to attract funding. if this were true, then the prevalence of mental disability is close to 10%? what they mean is that we are a nation of retards ...

.....actually watched it last night on cnn.
....3 million was abit shocking not to mention the bad publicity.
.....while appreciating that we need to look deeper into this mental illness problem, it made Kenya look a country full of mad people chained onto their beds !!
.....David mckenzie has surely learnt the art of Kenya's sensational journalism.
