MIDLIFE CRISIS

Midlife Crisis- are there any known causes or is it just a phase like puberty , adolescence etc.Someone help me understand this.....

life expectancy in kenya is 43yrs, so mid-life is 21.5 yrs and above - apart from one or 2 'users' here tuko wengi, and there's no crisis about that! smile

Hey, ngaifafa... sasa mimi iko mid-nini? Nishapita the end of the life! I am living past the future. May be am living my "next" life... but i am loving it all the same... though i would have loved to come back as a Wazua Admin!

I believe mid-life crisis is that time when you begin to realise your own mortality and you change your habits drastically as a reaction. For some it's manifested in the trophy girl and sports car, others also become excessively charitable and start giving away all their possessions, there are those who form Finger of God churches and Placenta Parties etc.

i don't know whether its a result of midlife crisis that some pple seem to become more irritable and angry all the time. i have also heard something to do with hormones but have never understood how they affect guys at this age. Could someone clarify things here???
