Am in a small debate of the split 4:1
someone says its a split of 4 shares for every single share held i.e if you have 12 then you get (12*4)=48 your total holding comes to (48+12)=60.
@ jamani., why are you adding the 12 to 48? The 12 has already been factored in. For simplicity just multiply the number of shares with the split factor and divide the price with the split factor. And dont forget also the dividend it must be split. Easy enough?
