Don't get discouraged by the above comments. I sold a 1992 Toyota 100 last year at Ksh 320k (I had quoted the car at 350k). Just put a 'For Sale' sign on the car since I found it to be the most effective method of selling. On the first day of putting the sign I got 3 offers of 300K which I turned down. Then got 2 brokers who wanted to give me 250k that I refused. I finally sold it for 320k on the third week. Infact I pitied one customer who travelled from Kakamega only to find that I had sold the car the previous day (we had agreed on 330k over the phone but never thought he was serious since its only his friend in Nairobi who had viewed the car).
I tried putting the car on the Nation classifieds but never got a single call. I also tried Wazua (

As long as your car is clean and well maintained, it will definitely sell since the Toy100s have such a good reputation locally.....age notwithstanding.
