President Kibaki is at this hour addressing a news conference over Speaker Kenneth Marende's ruling on his controversial nominations to four top State jobs. He said that the spirit of separation of powers among the three arms of government ought to have been respected. "The interpretation of the Constitution should have been left to the Judiciary," President Kibaki said.

The President said that he had at all times acted in accordance to the Constitution and that the rule of law is of paramount importance in running the affairs of the nation.

Apart from the obvious reaction what else has Emilio said?
"Never regret, if its good, its wonderful. If its bad, its experience."

One Committee had rejected CJ appointment, the other had rejected Kirwa's Appointment, had the Speaker gone by this, what would have been his reaction?
