@Mukiha it would, and a very modest (realistic) return period. In fact, if I recall correctly, Data Rush started in almost the same way as High Point apartments.

The difference may be Data Rush got the clients directly - those linkages are usually the most involving. So in your case, will an office trust the messenger (an individual), considering there are now many options?
