The implementation of this law will not last long. Given Kenyans' ingenuity, we ngoja tu. Already, I see it being ignored in some establishments. Wanna know why? After a while a shrewd Kenyan will go to court or parliament and find a way around it. The Alcoblow was a very excellent idea, but look what happened.

I have never understood the reason behind the law. If some young men walikuwa na shida, there were other means of sorting that out, if beer was too expensive, there were ther means. but saying that there is a National Drinking Timetable was, in my view, a waste of Parliaments time!
