Both teams are depleted by injuries, Milan mostly in the midfield...Spurs without Bale and Modric though Crouch and VdV could play...I have not been watching highlights of Serie A but Milan have been resurgent this year and I think their pedigree will come through, especially with Ibra in top form I understand.

I think if Spurs get an away goal (like it ends 2-1) then they'll be in a better position in the return at home...too close to call but I see Milan edging them out tonight 2-1

Before last year, for FIVE consecutive years since Liverpool's famous comeback victory in 2004-2005, there was an EPL team in the Champs League final, winning 2 and losing out on 3. Before last year, EPL teams were hogging the Champs League semis en masse. In cases where 3 out of 4 teams were EPL sides in 07/08 and 08/09.
