Our legislators need to concentrate on discussing development projects. They should not waste our time and money on childish issues. It would make sense if they talked about defecating and urinating anyhow but not farting. This will not work. We will keep on farting." he said.

There are cameras that can "see" this happening...I remember watching it somewhere long time ago...but then again, it will be quite a challenge to implement this law Deviating from the topic, why do this in public? si uende kwa WC...ever sat in a ma3 where most of the windows are closed and it ponyokaz from someone, and then you observe for the guilt on many peoples face, "I hope they don't think ni mimi"...kila mtu is suspecting he is being looked as as the culprit
