100% financing is good indicator of real estate crush...the government should not allow that kind of risk exposure...

the problem with the 100% mortgage is that very very few developers will be willing to wait for your mortgage to mature without a deposit on the house. Another thing is that you will only get a complete house and complete houses are more expensive than off plan or under cosntruction units. So no good deals for the houses. You can come up with an arrangement to pay the deposit to the developer and he could pay u back when he gets the payment from the bank.
