Mututho Law - The Best Law for Kenyans

The Mututho Law is the best law passed by parliament in the recent past. I do agree jobs will be lost, share value for KBL may go down and population may increase, but more positive outcomes like reduction of accidents, family bonding and more sodas and delmonte juice will be consumed. Next should be smoking, it should be prohibited in all buildings, and cars..
Doors of opportunity don't just open , they have to be unlocked & it's up to you to turn the knob.

I too NAKATAA, what about the moderate drinkers who have time for their families to bond and time to have a beer at 1.00 PM? Just because some men in central province have misbehaved and can no longer service their wives it doesn't mean u punish the rest of the Kenyans.
