To be replaced by retired General Scott Gration currently special envoy in Sudan.Interestingly,Gration has been an F-5 and F-16 instructor pilot and was once in a two year assignment in Kenya (Airforce).He is said to have a very good command of Kiswahili.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

If his time to go has come,so be it. Change is inevitable and in most cases, it brings freshness and growth with it. I wish him well as he prepares for his next move.
