Just saw this documentary that was played for Heads of State at the AU Summit in Addis. Interesting perspective. though the beginning is slighting Prime Minister Raila Odinga, there seem to be an important question that is lost in the current debate. Will ICC provide Restorative or Retributive Justice? How do we as a country move forward as this ICC trials are dividing the country further?
