@ Pablo: we sat for CISA exam sametime with you in June 2004, in an old building at UON.
Mine i think helped though

Does anyone know how much the tuition fees is for CISA @ KCA?

KCA is a big no. I registered with their kisumu branch in 2010 January. They were using lecturers that were neither qualified nor understood the program. After attending a few lectures i gave up a decided to read on my own. Those that i left behind, floped despite attending all the classes. On applying to teach the same after passing no reply from them. So just buy the material and read.
