@guru,
I am not that big to trigger a buy or sell frenzysmile.It's possible the results might come in as early as Saturday the 28th and i can tell you for dead it'sBrick wall Brick wall Brick wall Brick wall ..18 is a far off dream.To be honest,the earliest MSC will recover will be first half of the next financial year(July-December 2011).You don't want to bet.

@Wendz,
Sub 10 is possible.I see rock bottom price towards end of Jan again....you know what i mean.

@2012,
The answer lies here....but you never know.Maybe by end of Dec,NSE will be trading in Zim dollars.

mumias is a very long term buy.... Even beyond 2012 scope...

An investor with that horizon in view will definitely find current levels very enticing...

Mumias will definitely announce lower profits in 2011 which MIGHT have a negative effect on the share price...

As for sasini @the deal don't worry... I remember at their AGM they said that with improved earnings they would raise their 2010 dividend...

They've already hacked the earnings so wait for the dividends

MSC plans to have Ethanol by end of this year. I still haven't heard anything about Tarda which is where in my opinion they can get better returns - cane matures much faster in coast.

In the meantime "Kwale Sugar Co." - or smth like that have commissioned the work in setting up there plant.

@Gatheuzi,
Kwale sugar is the former Ramisi sugar (Msambweni).Construction work for the plant starts in May this year and will take roughly 1 and half years before the first milling.Unfortunately,it's not a big plant as it's capacity will be 3,000 Tonnnes a day,30,000 litre ethanol and 18MW Cogeneration with 12MW going to the grid...Not much.

Your opinion Guka please. I'm holding 10000 shares @ average price for 14.25. Sad
Do I go on holding or cut my losses?
